1.What if a product is Out of Stock or Unavailable?

If a product is out of stock or unavailable you can call a representative over the phone to inquire about the product and quote the items code & product name. So one of our ambassador can respond to your query and provide you with the most suitable response and outcome regarding your item.

Waiting List & Waiting Times

2.Does Donald DeGrate have a waiting list and what are the waiting times?

For most of our popular, rare or limited production models, Donald DeGrate have a waiting list with waiting times which range from 6 months to 4-5years.

Telephone Orders

3.May I Place an order at Donald DeGrate by Telephone?

Donald DeGrate currently do not have any option or make any allowance under any circumstance for any order to be placed by telephone. All of our Attendants at Donald DeGrates client services do not verbally or electronically take any of our customers personal, banking or payment details over the telephone. All orders must be placed, completed and finalised online utilising the secure payment process provided.
